Course Introduction

This course is a professional core courses of Automobile & Transportation Design, with the < Design thinking and expression >, < Product creative design as the leading courses, providing learning basis and specific training for Automobile & Transportation Design course.

Through the course of learning, make the students master the basic concepts of product shape, morphological characteristics, language and situation, basic theory and basic design skills, master the design intent conversion, migration and mutual mapping, between morphology and semantics, master the complete skills of design intent expression and design situation building. Train envision ability of the students to form product, cognitive ability and the ability from two aspects of the perceptual and the rational.

Through product form design of the whole teaching process gradually cultivate students' ability of comprehensive thinking ability, balance coordination, problem analysis and problem solving ability and spatial ability. Through learning this course improve the design quality of students, to lay the foundation for further study follow-up professional courses.）
